Committed to serving only the finest USDA-approved beef, with the richest and most succulent flavor, SEVEN Bar & Restaurant's dry-aging process is unique to the city. Guided by Chef, guests can hand-select and label prime cuts in advance, then have them placed in temperature-controlled cabinets. Once matured, the chosen steaks are cooked to exact specifications, carved table-side and complemented by a choice of rare vintages.

Elevated on the 29th floor, the stylish bar and lounge provide an intimate setting, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer the unsurpassed views of Almaty's skyline. A refined backdrop for meeting and socializing, the menu of Crystal Medusa hookah with fruit-infused shisha, is complemented by a selection of signature cocktails, presented with a destination-inspired twist. Accommodating up to 20 guests, the private dining room offers ultimate exclusivity.
